Through the website www.ergonomics.ge, LLC Ergonomics offers its customers the opportunity to purchase property/items/products/services under the conditions specified in the present “Terms and Conditions”.

Placement of order and purchase

The agreement regarding the supply of products is between you and Ergonomics LLC.
We reserve the right to periodically change the list of products and prices available on the website. List and price changes will not apply to products already purchased.
We will provide you with information about delivery service or other additional costs (if any) at the time of placing your order.
When paying with a bank card, you need to enter your card data and the amount will be automatically debited from your card when you click the payment button. Payment can be made with any bank card. There are no service or other fees.

Product delivery

Delivery of products purchased through the website is available throughout Georgia. Delivery conditions and terms are determined on the basis of an individual agreement with the customer or on the basis of the information published on the website.

Purchases can be made any day, 24 hours a day.
In case of incomplete contact information, inaccurate address and delivery instructions, the customer is responsible for the delay/failure to deliver the products. In such cases, it is possible to deliver the order to the specified physical address a second time, if you pay an additional delivery fee on the spot.
You must ensure that adequate conditions are provided on site during the delivery of the Products, including that safe delivery of the Products is available where necessary. We are not responsible for any damage, cost or expense that may arise if you fail to provide the appropriate conditions necessary to reach the place of delivery.
If you do not want to use the delivery service and want to pick up the purchased product yourself, please contact the administration of Ergonomics LLC using the contact information provided on the website. In this case, you are obliged to remove the finished products from the workshop.

Cancellation of order

We may cancel an order if any product is unavailable for any reason. We will notify you of the cancellation and refund the amount you have paid.
A request to cancel an order is made by you, based on a prior agreement, through the e-mail specified on the web page.

Limitation of Liability

The company disclaims responsibility for the operation of the website and its payment system if there is an inconsistency between the website and the user’s files or the browser used by the user or any other program accessing the website and other problems that the user may encounter due to conditions/reasons independent of us. .

Complaints and refunds

The amount will be refunded in full if we are unable to deliver the product you purchased due to its unavailability or any other delay on our part.
